Tom Camilli is a shareholder and a civil litigation attorney at Puntillo, Camilli, and Hughes, S.C. in Kenosha. Tom graduated with distinction from Notre Dame Law School in 2001, and since then, he has been devoted to his work, litigating business and corporate transactions.

Tom's experience includes a variety of services, such as corporate/business transactions, residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, probate and guardianships, and general civil litigation. He is committed to providing quality and affordable service to his clients.

Besides his legal work, Tom has taught business law and business ethics at Cardinal Stritch University and Concordia University in Kenosha. He is a well-known instructor in the community, helping new attorneys understand the complexities of business litigation.

Tom was also invited to lecture before the Kenosha County Bar Association regarding changes in federal bankruptcy law that came about from the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. His work has been instrumental in helping a new generation of attorneys get a better understanding of business litigation.

David O. Hughes is a shareholder with Puntillo, Camilli, and Hughes, S.C. He graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan and went on to receive his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While in law school, he was recognized by the Order of Coif, an honorary legal society that acknowledges outstanding scholarly and professional accomplishments.

After completing his legal education, David relocated to Kenosha and became an active member of the local community. He has established himself in the legal system and is currently the president-elect of the Kenosha Bar Association. David is also associated with the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Kenosha Public Museums, and the 2013 class of Leadership Kenosha.

Phillip R. Godin is one of the founding partners of Puntillo Camilli & Hughes, S.C., and has been practicing law since 1983. He specializes in business litigation law, college law, and plaintiffs' personal injury law.
